It’s so easy to think negatively – and quite frankly more people are pessimistic as opposed to being optimistic in the world these days. Everything is sad, turn on the T.V. and you see the news. Front page of the newspaper. Your friends, colleagues, family, clients, almost everyone you talk to there is something wrong. It’s hard not to look at even your bank balance and feel sad or stressed. Or look at your credit card statements and feel like there is an elephant sitting on your chest.
When things get bad – sometimes you just have to take yourself out of the situation, sit back, take stress-relieving products like CBD UK and look at all the good things you have going on around you.
What are you doing this Thanksgiving? Be thankful for your family or friends that you are spending time with this Thanksgiving. Family is one of the richest things in life. Consider yourself lucky if you are surrounded by many of them.
You have a roof over your head to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. In your house you may or may not have a T.V., internet, phone (and maybe a cell phone in your pocket), computers, books, pictures, a fridge with food in it.
If you are behind on your credit card bills there is a positive outcome with that. Stop being negative and just sitting on the merry-go-round of paying your minimum payments. If you can pay off your credit cards – do it! Don’t just pay your minimums and wait it out. Don’t pay off one credit card and use it to pay off another – that puts you on the merry-go-round and certainly does not lower your stress level.
One thing that I am grateful for – is my job and the great people that I work with at Total Debt Freedom. It’s rewarding to be getting people out of debt on a daily basis and nice to hear my colleagues be genuinely happy when they have a major hand in getting a client out of debt free!
So take a moment and reflect. I can guarantee you there are some things that you are thankful for 🙂
