I’m not cheap, I’m frugal.

More than once in my lifetime I’ve been called cheap, mostly by woman, but I’m not, I’m frugal.  There’s a big difference and I’ll explain why. Frugal people will buy a used car they really wanted 2-3 years ago because they let some other fool pay the depreciation for the first couple of years, cheap people…
