By giving ourselves that goal, and ensuring it is in our sights at all times (if it isn’t in writing it doesn’t exist) we do everything in our power to always exceed everyone’s expectations in all aspects of life.
Our CEO set out to prove just that. Anyone can take this concept of creating raving fans and apply it to more than just a business.
It could be anything you put your mind to. All you have to do is pick a product or service (the sky is the limit!) put your friends, family, colleagues, clients to the test by asking them to rate your product or service on a scale of 0-10 (10 being the highest). Anyone choosing a 9 or 10 is definitely top results. The people giving you this score are considered Promotors and are Raving Fans!
