I went on a bit of a rant today on a drive to meet my accountant. I’ve lost count of people I’ve met that think the activity of just paying the minimum monthly payment on their credit cards is accomplishing something.
Even worse are the folks that make random payments only when they can afford it by robbing Peter to pay Paul.
You are kidding yourself.
Just becasue you are doing something, it doesn’t mean you are accomplishing anything. Many people end up on this merry-go-round of debt. Which can end up being a lifelong cycle of going nowhere. When it comes to credit card debt, it’s important to understand if the activity you are taking is accomplishing anything or not.
